WHAT: Foster The Youth was established in order to garner
awareness of the issues revolving facing children living within the
child welfare system of America.
WHY: These children, overwhelmingly of color, tend to come from
abusive and neglectful homes. If removed from said homes, these youth
enter foster care and face a myriad of new obstacles in regard to their foster care

WHO: This website is dedicated to bettering the lives of all
those grappling with the disparities inherit to the child welfare system. Wether
you are a foster parent, foster child, or social worker, there will be
